Bolo Kobul reserves the right to prohibit or restrict conduct, communication, or content that Bolo Kobul deems in its sole discretion to be harmful to its users, BoloKobul.com, its affiliates, Facebook or other social network pages, the communities that make up the team, or any third party, or to violate any applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bolo Kobul cannot ensure prompt removal of questionable content after online posting. Accordingly, Bolo Kobul providers shall not assume liability for any action or inaction with respect to conduct, communication, or content of any third party on the Bolo Kobul website and/or social network pages.
(a) You may become a member of the Matchmaking service free of charge. Free membership will only entitle you to participate in the free features available as part of the Matchmaking service. In order to avail additional features, such as assisted services, you must pay the fees associated with the services. Accordingly, the delivery of those additional features is conditional upon the payment of the relevant fees. You may pay for a specific service only and avail that service on our website. You may even avail the consultation and service of our experts on payment.
(b) By applying for membership, you warrant and represent that you have not been convicted of an indictable offence or a felony nor have you been required to register as a sex offender with any government authority.
(c) You acknowledge that currently the company does not routinely undertake background checks, verify information provided or conduct criminal screenings of its users. We reserve the right to conduct investigations and background checks on all members, to confirm you are not in breach of any warranty and to determine whether any representation is false. You are solely responsible for the content of your profile, messages, video and audio recordings and other materials you may upload to the website or transmit to other members of the website.

You may create only one Candidate Profile per NID, and more if you are creating it on behalf of someone else with their NID, which describes an individual for whom a match is being sought. Following rules apply for profile creation:
You must obtain consent from the person represented in the profile ("Candidate") if you are creating a profile on behalf of someone. By creating a profile, you guarantee that you have received proper consent from the candidate, unless you are the candidate yourself.
You may submit photos of candidates for the profile created by you with their approval, unless you are the candidate yourself. The photos must be authentic.
By submitting a photo of a Candidate, you guarantee that proper consent from the Candidate has been obtained. The photo must not include any identifying information about the candidate including (but not limited to) name, email address, phone number, or address of a website. The photo should not be vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
The information and photo you provided must be accurate, recent, and complete. You must not impersonate any person or entity. You must not transmit or post on our website any image that contains:
• images of any person other than you or the Candidate;
• nudity;
• images of other objects that do not contain you;
• a cartoon or illustration (even if it is of you).

Any fee paid to BoloKobul.Com is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any free trial or other promotion that provides free access to the Paid Services must be used within the specified time of the trial.
Prices of paid services are stated on the website and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We may at any time change the price of any paid service. The new rate takes effect if you apply for it after we have posted the details of our new price on the website.
In the event of suspicious payment activity, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend payment via your credit card and/or contact you, your bank or any other relevant third party to report such unusual activity and/or obtain additional information.

Members can delete their profiles whenever they wish by logining into their profiles; settings. Profiles will be deleted with immediate effect. They can also send us the request from their registered email at support@bolokobul.com. Email requested profile will be deleted within 24hrs.
Since Bolo Kobul provides free butterflies to choose potential profiles, and if a single match is successful at the first go, the member will not actually need to pay anything at all. However, when a member purchases butterflies or any service from the website, we do not refund the amount. This policy, while providing value for money for our members, also ensures that the company is protected. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of the Bolo Kobul management.
You acknowledge that the BoloKobul.com contents and services (including but not limited to text, sound, photographs, graphics or other material contained in any communication, sponsor advertisements or messages, whether by its owners, its advertisers, affiliates or partners) are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and/or other proprietary rights and laws; therefore, you are only permitted to use content and service as expressly authorised by Bolo Kobul, its advertisers, affiliates and partners.
When you add your photo, you automatically agree that BoloKobul.com can display your photo on the website, which will enable you to get more responses. If you do not wish to have your photo displayed on the website, please e-mail to support@bolokobul.com with your name and email address and explain your request.
Except as set forth in the paragraph headed "Proprietary Rights to Content" above, you may upload to or otherwise submit to BoloKobul.com for distribution on the website only
(i) Content that is not subject to any copyright or other proprietary rights restrictions;
